I was excited to spot them at the grocery store because I love the fact that they have no trans fat, no high fructose corn syrup, and no artificial flavors or preservatives. They're made with the same ingredients you would use if you made them at home (but with a whole lot less mess to clean up afterwards!)
My girls and I took our chocolate chip cookies and turned them into ice cream sandwiches, thanks to a pint of vanilla frozen yogurt. We even took chocolate chips and embellished the edges, like these beauties:
