We are knee-deep in birthday season at my house. So next week's MOPS meeting is especially timely; we will be talking about birthdays and parties! Come prepared to get some great ideas to make your celebrations extra special.
Does your family have any birthday traditions? Do you measure your child's height each year and mark it on a door frame or growth chart? Do you write them a keepsake letter? In my husband's family they have a very unusual birthday tradition; on your big day you get your nose "buttered". Another family member is tasked with sneaking up on you, glob of butter in hand, to give you a butter "facial".
