Meeting Recap, January 15, 2015

Welcome back, everyone! We are looking forward to a great Spring 2015 together! Let's keep this short and sweet with announcements and upcoming events...

Announcements

1. Danielle Schaeber will be taking over in the Finance/Registration department. Thank you, Danielle!
2. If you are interested in serving as the Creative Activities chair (crafts), please contact Laurie Burke!
3. Service Chair, Jennifer Coon, announced that we will be participating in a "shoe drive" in the coming weeks. If you have shoes are you looking to get rid of, set them aside and stay tuned for more info!
4. If you want to be a Secret Sister this semester, you can! Talk to Amy Vesser about signing up.

Upcoming meetings

February 12th - BRING YOUR HUSBAND TO MOPS DAY! Save the date and let your husband know he can join you at MOPS on February 12th from 9:30-11:30 am if he is able!

March 26th - Spa Day! Woohoo!

End of May - We will host a Family Picnic /BBQ to celebrate the end of the MOPS year

March - Early registration opens for MomCon (held in mid-September). Keynote speaker is author Jen Hatmaker. It would be great to have some MOPS moms go together from Cville!
