Meeting Recap, Thursday, April 16, 2015

What a great Spring meeting we had last Thursday! A wonderful breakfast as usual, then a heart-felt testimony by our dear Jenn Coon! Thank you, Jenn, for being you bravely and sharing your story. It's always a privilege to hear of the faithfulness of God is each other's lives.

Announcements:

We have another MOPS meeting NEXT WEEK (back-to-back), April 23rd! 

May 1st: MomWise will be held at Nancy Ryall's house and this topic of discussion will be "healthy boundaries." Please let Michelle Cox know if you will attend so they can get a headcount for snacks!

May 2nd- FBC is holding a Spring Giveaway! Bring anything and everything that you no longer want and donate them to First Baptist Church's Spring Giveaway. Donations can be dropped off April 29th (1pm-5pm), April 30th (11am-5pm), and May 1st (9am-5pm). 

May 7th - MOPS Swap! Bring your gently used accessories that you are ready to part with to MOPS so that another MOPS mama can enjoy. What a great way to clean out your closets, but also do some "shopping" for Spring and Summer!

May 3rd - Registration opens for VBS for kids! VBS volunteer registration is open!

Laurie announced that Jenny Street will be leading MOPS next year and we are so excited to welcome her as our new fearless leader. You will be great, Jenny!Please remember to register for MOPS next year!
