Last year we started "Elf on the Shelf." My daughter has to find him each morning in his new hiding spot. He keeps an eye on her during the day and reports back to Santa each night. Kelly Pedone
I wrap 25 Christmas books and my kids get to pick one each night to unwrap and read together as a family. Joy Johnson
